Black Angus veal ciorbă.
A traditional Romanian recipe, made with love by Chef Nico Lontras and Chef Johnny Susala, with a ton of vegetables and tender Balck Angus veal bits.
Keeps well in the fridge for a couple of days and can be reheated 3 to 4 times. Gets better and better with each portion.
Ingredients: Black Angus veal chop, celery, peas, carrots, potatoes, parsley, veal stock, tomatoes, egg, lovage, salt.
